To add items from a Fetch catalog to an existing Image Integrator library, open the Fetch catalog that contains the graphics to be added to the Image Integrator library. Select the desired items in the Fetch catalog, then choose Copy Reference from the Aldus Fetch Edit menu. The Copy Reference hierarchical menu allows the user to either Include Text or Include Thumbnails and Text. Choose the desired type of information to be copied to the clipboard. Then go to QuarkXPress and open the Image Integrator library the items should be added to. Next, select the Import item from the File menu found on the Image Integrator palette. Image Integrator imports the information held on the clipboard into the currently open Image Integrator library.
